- When will I receive the link for the conference from CMCP?
Registrants unique login to the CMCP Women of Color Conference will be sent from our virtual platform provider 48 hours before the conference.
Registrants' unique login will be sent to the email used to register (that might be a work or personal email address.)
Please do not share the unique login to the CMCP Women of Color Conference (logins from multiple IP addresses may restrict login access.)
- Should I download any apps or access other platforms for the conference?
You will log in to our virtual platform provider automatically via the links sent from CMCP for Desktop or Mobile access.
Conference sessions will be accessed using Zoom.
We encourage you to download the Zoom app in advance to prevent delays in participating via chat, Q&As, and break rooms.
- What should I do if I haven't received a registration link?
Confirm you are logging into the conference platform with the email account you used to register for the event.
Check your SPAM or Junk mail folder for your login credentials. - When should I log in for the conference?
We recommend logging in on receipt of the "Event is Live" email from CMCP.
You can setup your profile, create your personal schedule, and review the speakers, sessions, and sponsors prior to the start of the conference.
